Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 toes fresh garlic, cut in threes
  • 1/2 c. olives with juice
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 T wine vinegar
  • 2 stalks celery, cut in sm. pcs
  • 1 T minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound fresh crab claws

Direcciones

  1. Blend together all ingredients and put in "ice-a-box" for 2-4 hrs. Serve cold with crackers or possibly Melba toast.
