Ingredientes
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 toes fresh garlic, cut in threes
1/2 c. olives with juice
2 T lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 T wine vinegar
2 stalks celery, cut in sm. pcs
1 T minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound fresh crab claws
Direcciones
Blend together all ingredients and put in "ice-a-box" for 2-4 hrs. Serve cold with crackers or possibly Melba toast.
