Ingredientes

  • 1 x 220 g Long Life pizza base
  • 1 Tbsp. Sundried tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, finely minced
  • 75 gm Pecorino Romano cheese, grated (3oz)
  • 1 x 290 g jar antipasta

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
  2. Spread the pizza base with the sundried tomato paste.
  3. Sprinkle over the minced basil and the grated cheese.
  4. Pile on the antipasta.
  5. Place in the oven for 10-15 min till the cheese melts, serve warm.
  6. NOTES : A quick and easy pizza using store cupboard items.
