- 1 T minced green pepper
- 1 T minced pimento
- 1 T minced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 5 T red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Direcciones
- Place the following in a jar with a screw top:
- Put together, apply screw top, and shake well. Serve on green salad. Makes one cup.
