Anya Potatoes With Garlic And Herb Butter

Ingredientes

  • 500 gm Anya potatoes
  • 6 slc Pancetta
  • 75 gm Butter
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, minced Lemon juice
  • 1 handf minced parsley Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 200c/400f.
  2. 1 Boil and drain the potatoes as per the packet instructions. Lay the pancetta slices on a baking tray and bake in the oven till golden brown and crispy. Once cooled, break into pcs.
  3. 2 Heat the butter in a pan, add in the garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir through the parsley and pour over the potatoes. Serve topped with the bacon.
