Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 c. Fresh or possibly canned fruit or possibly berries, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Fruit juice

Direcciones

  1. Mix till smooth the dry ingredients with the lowfat milk and vanilla. Heat butter in 8 x 10" baking pan. Pour batter over melted butter. Place over batter the fruit. Pour over the top, 1 c. fruit juice. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 mins. till light brown.
