Appetizer Olivada White Bean Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 x garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 can (15 or possibly 16 ounces) cannellini or possibly great northern beans, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 c. olivada (any flavor)
  • 1/2 c. diced bottled roasted red peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. minced basil or possibly Italian parsley Vegetable dippers, crackers or possibly French bread

Direcciones

  1. With motor running, drop garlic clove through feed tube of food processor; process till chopped. Add in beans and oil; process till mix is pureed. Add in olivada, roasted peppers and basil; process just till combined. Season the dip to taste with salt and freshly grnd black pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. (Dip may be covered and refrigerated up to 48 hrs before serving. Let stand at room temperature 30 min before serving.) Serve with vegetable dippers, crackers or possibly bread.
