Ingredientes

  • 50 gm Butter, (2oz)
  • 1 x Onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
  • 1 tsp Schwartz Sage
  • 1 tsp Schwartz Thyme
  • 100 gm Celery, minced (4oz)
  • 1/2 x Eating apple, finely minced Salt and pepper
  • 250 gm Fresh breadcrumbs, (9oz)
  • 150 ml Chicken stock, ( 1/4 pint)

Direcciones

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 3-4 min till softened. Add in the herbs, spices celery and apple.
  3. Season to taste. Fry for a further 2-3 min. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cook for 1 minute before adding the stock. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish or possibly make into stuffing balls and bake for 20-25 min, or possibly use to stuff the turkey.
