Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. apple pie filling - (14 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 40 x shrimp - (2 lbs) peeled, deveined, and tails left on
  • 8 x skewers

Direcciones

  1. To prepare the glaze, place apple pie filling in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth. Add in oil, Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Place 5 shrimp per skewer and brush with 1 c. of the glaze. Allow to marinate for 20 min.
  3. Grill shrimp skewers over high heat for 2 min per side. Remove from heat and brush with the remaining glaze.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
