Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk or possibly water
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 x Cooking apples, peeled and thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced nuts
  • 2/3 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 2/3 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 stk hard margarine or possibly
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 tsp Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Grease square baking dish, 9x9x2-inches. Prepare Streusel Topping; reserve.
  2. MIX baking mix, lowfat milk, sugar and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread half of the batter in baking dish. Arrange apple slices on batter; sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread remaining batter over apple slices; sprinkle with remaining topping. Sprinkle with nuts.
  3. BAKE about 25 min or possibly till tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean; cold. Drizzle with Glaze. 8 servings.
  4. Streusel Topping: Mix baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in margarine with fork or possibly pastry blender till mix is crumbly.
  5. Glaze: Mix ingredients till smooth and drizzling consistency.
