Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded red cabbage
- 1 c. shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. diced Granny Smith apples
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
- Whisk together in a small bowl the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well. Cover and chill for 30 min before serving.
