Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 3 T oil
  • 2 2/3 T cool water
  • 1 egg
  • 6 c. peeled apples, sliced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 40 caramels
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Put together flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter and oil. Blend in egg and cold water till pie crust consistency. Roll and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan.FILLING: Mix apples, sugar, flour, and lemon juice thoroughly. Place over crust. Put together caramels with lowfat milk. Heat till melted. Pour over apples.
  2. TOPPINGS: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg with electric beater till creamy. Pour over caramel topping. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min.
