Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. apple juice or possibly apple cider
  • 1 quart Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt or possibly
  • 2 c. minced red apples unpeeled
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp finely minced crystallized ginger
  • 1/4 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Place 1/2 of all ingredients in blender container, omitting walnuts.
  2. Blend on medium speed till smooth, stopping blender several times to scrape container. Add in nuts and blend only till minced.
  3. Repeat step 1 with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with apple slice garnish, if you like.
  4. Yield: 6 servings.
  5. Serving 1/2 c.
