Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Applesauce
  • 1/2 c. Apples, diced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2/3 c. Powdered lowfat milk
  • 10 pkt Sweet and Low
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Carrots, grated

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 350 F. for 25 min.
  2. Makes 12 muffins that is TW0 SERVINGS of SIX (yes 6) MUFFINS EACH. For each six (6) muffins the following counts apply: 1
  3. This recipe is no fat.
  4. You may substitute Egg Beaters for the Large eggs and Equal for the Sweet and Low. Freeze well.
