Ingredientes

  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 6 x Tart apples, peeled, cored & sliced
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 pch Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Grated lemon peel Biscuit dough

Direcciones

  1. Pour lemon juice over apples. Gentle toss apples in sugar, spices, and grated lemon rind.
  2. Butter a 1-1/2-qt baking dish and put in the apples. Cover with 1-inch thick biscuit dough. Cut a couple of small holes in the center of biscut top.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees or possibly till apples are tender and crust is golden.
  4. Makes 6 servings
