Ingredientes

  • 4 1/2 c. sugar Or possibly
  • 2 c. honey
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 c. water
  • 2 T lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Mix with 10 cups water and cook till thick on medium heat. Add in 3 tbsp lemon juice. Fill jars with prepared apples and pour mix over. Hot water bath for 20 min.Makes about 5 pints.
