Receta Apple Pie Filling For Canning

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 c. sugar Or possibly
- 2 c. honey
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 c. water
- 2 T lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix with 10 cups water and cook till thick on medium heat. Add in 3 tbsp lemon juice. Fill jars with prepared apples and pour mix over. Hot water bath for 20 min.Makes about 5 pints.
