Ingredientes

  • Country Baking
  • 1 pkt Pillsbury AllReady Pie Crust
  • 5 c. Sliced, peeled apples
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pkt (10z) frzn raspberries, thawed, liquid removed, reserving 1/2 c. liquid
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter,softened

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie pan. (Chill remaining crust for a later use.)
  2. Heat oven to 375 F. Place apples in meduim bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Toss, set aside.
  4. In large saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in raspberry liquid. Cook over medium heat till mix thickens, stirring constantly. remove from heat; mix in liquid removed raspberries and apples. Pour mixutre into pie crust-lined pan.
  5. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. In medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients to create crumbs; sprinkle over fruit mix.
  6. Bake at 375 F for 40-50 min or possibly till crust is golden. Cover edge of pie crust with strips of foil after 15-20 min of baking to prevent excessive browning. Cold. 8 servings.
