  • 1 1/3 c. All Purpose Flour
  • 1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 5 c. Apples, coarsely diced
  • 1/2 c. Minced Nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 5 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except nuts, apples, the 2 Tbsp. flour, the 2 Tbsp. butter, the 5 Tbsp. sugar, and the 1 tsp. cinnamon. Mix, at low speed using an electric mixer, till moistened; beat 2 min at medium speed.
  3. Stir in the nuts and apples by hand. Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
  4. In a small bowl mix the 2 Tbsp. flour, the 2 Tbsp. butter, the 5 Tbsp. sugar, and the 1 tsp. cinnamon to create a crumb mix and top the batter with it. Bake at 350F degrees for 40 to 50 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly cold.
