Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Martha White All-Purpose Flour, sifted
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Martha White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Minced apple (about 1 med)
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. Firmly packed brown sugar Streusel Topping (below)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin c.. Stir together flours, apple, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt in mixing bowl. Beat egg in separate bowl; stir in lowfat milk and oil. Add in liquid mix to dry ingredients, stirring just till blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin c., filling each 2/3 full. Sprinkle proportionately with Streusel Topping. Bake for 15 to 18 min or possibly till golden.
  2. STREUSEL TOPPING 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, softened 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. minced pecansCombine sugar, butter, and cinnamon in small mixing bowl using fingers or possibly pastry blender. Add in pecans and mix well.
