- 1 c. Dry apricots
- 1/2 c. Walnuts
- 1/2 c. Coconut
- 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/3 c. Finely minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Place apricots, 1/2 c. walnuts and coconut through food grinder. Add in wheat germ and orange juice. Mix well. Form mix into 1 inch balls.
- Roll in minced walnuts. chill till chilled. makes 24
