Ingredientes

  • 9 ounce Cut up dry apricots
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Veg. oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the rest till just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 mins in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Cold for 10 mins. and remove from pan.
