Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 pkt (3 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Flour Apricot jam
  • 1/4 c. Flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Mix shortening, cheese, sugar & salt. Blend in flour. Form into a ball & refrigerateat least 3 hrs. Heat oven to 400. Roll out dough 1/8" thick on cloth covered board. Cut with 2" cookie cutter; place on ungreased sheet. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon apricot jam. Bake about 10 min. Remove from oven; quickly sprinkle with coconut. Bake 2 more min. Remove from sheet & cold.
