Receta Apricot Confection Squares

- Line 8 X 8 X 2" pan with waxed paper.
- Cook apricots as directet; drain; reserve 1 c. liquid.
- Puree apricts in blender; measure 1 c..
- Soften gelatine in 1/2 c. cool water.
- In 1 qt saucepan, heat reminding apricot liquid.
- Add in suggar and bring to a boil.
- Add in sugar, bring to a boil.
- Add in gelatine, orange juice and rind. Boil gently for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add in apricots. Mix well.
- Pour into pan; allow to set, cut into squares;roll in powdered sugar.
