Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Uncooked,dry apricots
  • 4 pkt Unflavored Gelatine
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Orange Juice
  • 2 tsp Grated orange rind

Direcciones

  1. Line 8 X 8 X 2" pan with waxed paper.
  2. Cook apricots as directet; drain; reserve 1 c. liquid.
  3. Puree apricts in blender; measure 1 c..
  4. Soften gelatine in 1/2 c. cool water.
  5. In 1 qt saucepan, heat reminding apricot liquid.
  6. Add in suggar and bring to a boil.
  7. Add in sugar, bring to a boil.
  8. Add in gelatine, orange juice and rind. Boil gently for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat, add in apricots. Mix well.
  10. Pour into pan; allow to set, cut into squares;roll in powdered sugar.
