Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. dry apricots
  • 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Champagne wine vinegar or possibly other light vinegar
  • 1/2 x serrano pepper chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Direcciones

  1. Makes 1 1/2 c.. Serving size is 2 tbsp.
  2. Heat the water to a simmer. Add in the apricots. Let set for 15 min, or possibly till soft. Drain and cold. In a blender, combine the apricots with all the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  3. NOTES : This is perfect for crunchy greens like romaine, Napa cabbage, and iceberg lettuce. you can also make this dressing with fresh stone fruit like peach, nectarines, and apricots.
  4. Here's a fruit based salad dressing from The Millennium. It can be either asummer or possibly winter dressing, depending on whether you make it with dry or possibly freshfruit.
