Ingredientes

  • 100 gm sugar (caster)
  • 75 ml water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 gm apricot jam

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, stirring constantly.Boil fast to thicken.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve and use while warm.
  3. Brush onto pastries or possibly cakes to glaze.
  4. Can also be made with other types of jam.
  5. Gives a glossy finish to pastries.
