Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) orange Jello
  • 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
  • 1 can (46-ounce) apricot nectar
  • 1 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 ct (12-ounce) Cold Whip -or possibly-
  • 2 c. Whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in 2-1/2 c. apricot nectar. Sprinkle 1-1/2 c. miniature marshmallows over top of gelatin mix in a 9x13 pan or possibly dish. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till set. For topping, combine sugar, salt, flour and egg in a medium saucepan. Add in 1 c. apricot nectar. Cook over medium heat to thicken, stirring constantly. Cold 20 min. Add in Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream. Spread over gelatin mix and sprinkle with nuts.
