Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. pound grnd pork or possibly mix of pork and beef
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. finely minced dry apricots
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. apricot preserves
  • 1/3 c. sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese five-spice pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Heat over to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Shape mix into small appetizer size meatballs. Place in ungreased rectangular pan -with sides. Bake uncovered for 15-20 min till no longer pink - be careful not to overbake. Drain well and serve in Apricot Glaze
  2. Apricot Glaze:Mix all ingredients in 1 qt saucepan, stirring occasionally, till warm.
