Ingredientes

  • 50 gm Butter
  • 200 gm Uncooked rice
  • 50 gm Small egg noodles
  • 500 ml Chicken stock Basil (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large saucepan, add in egg noodles, and cook till browned.
  2. Add in rice, stir to coat with butter. Cook on medium high heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add in chicken stock, and optional basil, and stir to mix.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 25 - 30 min till rice is done.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 min before serving.
