Receta Armenian Rice

Ingredientes
- 50 gm Butter
- 200 gm Uncooked rice
- 50 gm Small egg noodles
- 500 ml Chicken stock Basil (optional)
Direcciones
- 1. Heat butter in large saucepan, add in egg noodles, and cook till browned.
- 2. Add in rice, stir to coat with butter. Cook on medium high heat for 1 minute.
- 3. Add in chicken stock, and optional basil, and stir to mix.
- 4. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 25 - 30 min till rice is done.
- Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 min before serving.
