Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Dry Apricots Soaked in
  • 1/2 c. Water for 1 Hour.
  • 1/2 c. Dry Garbanzo Beans Soaked Overnight in Water
  • 5 c. Water
  • 1 c. Lentils
  • 3 x Onions Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Malt Syrup or possibly Molasses

Direcciones

  1. In a Large Pan, Bring Soaked Apricots and Their Water To a Boil. add in Soaked, Liquid removed Garbanzo Beans and 1 C. Water. Bring To a Boil and Cook for 30 Min.
  2. add in the Lentils, Onions and 4 C. Water To Pot. Bring To a Boil.
  3. Lower Heat, Cover and Cook Ubout 2 Hrs till Garbanzos Are Tneder.
  4. add in 2 teaspoon Malt Syrup. Fold in Well. Serve Over Brown Rice.
