Receta Armenian Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Dry Apricots Soaked in
- 1/2 c. Water for 1 Hour.
- 1/2 c. Dry Garbanzo Beans Soaked Overnight in Water
- 5 c. Water
- 1 c. Lentils
- 3 x Onions Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Malt Syrup or possibly Molasses
Direcciones
- 1. In a Large Pan, Bring Soaked Apricots and Their Water To a Boil. add in Soaked, Liquid removed Garbanzo Beans and 1 C. Water. Bring To a Boil and Cook for 30 Min.
- 2. add in the Lentils, Onions and 4 C. Water To Pot. Bring To a Boil.
- Lower Heat, Cover and Cook Ubout 2 Hrs till Garbanzos Are Tneder.
- add in 2 teaspoon Malt Syrup. Fold in Well. Serve Over Brown Rice.
