  • 2 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 tsp Dry Basil
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Artichoke Hearts, Liquid removed And Minced
  • 1/4 c. Sun-Dry Tomatoes, Oil-Packed, Liquid removed And Minced

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Combine bisquick and basil in medium bowl. Measure the lowfat milk into a large measuring c.. Add in artichoke hearts and tomatoes into lowfat milk. Pour lowfat milk mix over the baking mix and stir just till all the ingredients are moistened. Drop heaping tbsp of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in the middle of the oven 8 to 10 min, or possibly till the scones begin to brown. Serve hot.
