Ingredientes

  • 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichokes
  • 1/2 pound grated sharp cheese
  • 3 green onions, minced fine
  • 4 unbeaten large eggs
  • 6 single soda crackers, crushed
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Drain and finely chop the artichokes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9" square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.1 1/2 times this recipe works well for a 9"x13" pan. 1/2 of the recipe works well for an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan.
