Ingredientes

  • 10 beaten large eggs
  • 1 pt. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, minced small, reserve oil
  • To oil add in sufficient melted butter to equal 1/2 c.
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Mix first six ingredients together. Mix rest of ingredients together. Then add in to first mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
