- 10 beaten large eggs
- 1 pt. low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, minced small, reserve oil
- To oil add in sufficient melted butter to equal 1/2 c.
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Mix first six ingredients together. Mix rest of ingredients together. Then add in to first mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
