Ingredientes

  • 1 x Minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can Asparagus
  • 1/2 x Cauliflower Butter, as needed
  • 5 x Large eggs Crackers
  • 1 can Hearts of artichokes
  • 8 ounce Grated Chihuahua or possibly Monterry Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter and add in flour with lowfat milk. Soak the crackers in lowfat milk and line a baking dish with them. Place vegetables on top of crackers. Beat 5 egg yolks and add in to the sauce. Beat the egg whites till they peak and add in to the sauce. Pour over the vegetables, add in grated cheese and bake at 350 for 45 min.
