- Peel and section oranges over a bowl, reserving 1 tsp. juice. Set sections aside; throw away membranes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in asparagus and garlic; saute/fry 5 min. Remove from pan.
- Combine soy sauce and sesame oil; pour over asparagus mix, tossing well. Cold to room temperature. Stir in sesame seeds, orange sections, and 1 tsp. juice. Serve on cabbage leaves, if you like.
- Yield: 10 servings
