1 1/2 lb Lean, boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 x Red bell pepper minced
3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
3 x Carrots, minced
2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
1/4 c. Tomato sauce
1/4 c. Sherry
1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp. Minced peanuts
12 ounce Cooked vermicelli

Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in Crock Pot. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hrs (High: 4 to 5 hrs). Serve over noodles. May be doubled for 5 qt models. 6 servings
