Ingredientes

  • 6 c. fat-skimmed chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. thinly-sliced green onions
  • 6 slc fresh ginger - (quarter size)
  • 1 x dry warm red chilies - (to 2)
  • 2 x garlic cloves peeled, pressed

  1. In a 2 1/2- to 3-qt pan over high heat, bring to a boil chicken broth, green onions, ginger, red chilies, and garlic. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 to 20 min. With a slotted spoon, lift out and throw away ginger and chilies.
