Ingredientes

  • 1 x Grnd hog
  • 2 quart Water
  • 1/4 c. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 x Garlic cloves whole
  • 1/4 x Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 bn Parsley whole
  • 4 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 1 c. Beef or possibly chicken broth Teriyaki glaze

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cut meat into serving pcs and soak in 1 qt water and salt for 3 hrs. Transfer meat to 1 qt clear water and soak 4 hrs. Drain and dry meat. Place meat in a baking pan with beef broth, soy sauce, garlic cloves, onion, paprika, parsley, bouillon cubes and white pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Baste frequently. Brush with teriyaki glaze while cooking.
