Ingredientes

  • 1 lb small to medium white mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 x garlic cloves peeled, minced Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Splash of sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Put mushrooms, water, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic into a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 min. Uncover and simmer till the liquid is reduced by half. Add in pepper and a splash of sesame oil. Toss with parsley. Serve with toothpicks.
