Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg Russet potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 lb Ham, cut in julienne strips
  • 2 c. Warm cooked asparagus
  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, sliced Toasted sliced almonds, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Slit warm potatoes lengthwise and open by gently squeezing from the bottom.
  2. Top warm potatoes with ham, asparagus and sliced Large eggs. Spoon sauce over top and garnish with almonds.
  3. CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE:2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 2 c. lowfat milk. Heat butter in saucepan and stir in flour, mustard and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
