Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt Pepper
  • 4 x hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 bn fresh asparagus, cooked or possibly 1 med. can (can use broccoli)
  • 1/2 c. crushed chips or possibly bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Make cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour, mustard, and salt. Add in lowfat milk, 1/2 c. at a time, and bring to a boil. Then add in cheese and immediately remove from heat. Stir till cheese has melted. Taste and season. Place thin layer of sauce on bottom of oven-ware dish and put asparagus on top, then sliced Large eggs. Continue to layer. Cover with chips or possibly crumbs. Bake at 370 degrees for 20-30 min or possibly till all ingredients are warm and topping golden. 4-5 servings.
