Ingredientes

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus par-boiled
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 ounce crab meat
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place asparagus in a 1 1/2-qt shallow baking dish.
  2. In a frying pan saute/fry the green pepper and onion in butter. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, and lemon juice. Add in the green pepper, onion and crab meat.
  3. Pour mix over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 min.
  4. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
