Receta Asparagus Topped With Crab

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fresh asparagus par-boiled
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 12 ounce crab meat
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Place asparagus in a 1 1/2-qt shallow baking dish.
- In a frying pan saute/fry the green pepper and onion in butter. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, and lemon juice. Add in the green pepper, onion and crab meat.
- Pour mix over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 min.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
