Ingredientes

  • 1 x Aubergine with peel
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Marjoran
  • 4 slc of whole wheat bread

Direcciones

  1. Cut the aubergine in round slices. Fry the slices in a pan with a little oil. Toast the bread. Spread the tomato sauce over the toast. Place the aubergine slices on top. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a little of marjoran. Place in oven under the broiler for 2 - 3 min or possibly till the cheese browns.
