Receta Aunt Anna Mae's Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can Hunt's sauce
- 2 c. water
- 2 T oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put onion and rice in pot and brown in small amount of oil. Add in sauce, water and seasoning. Cook till rice is done, about 1 hour and 30 min, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
