Aunt Joan's Butterscotch Delight

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 c. minced pecans
  • 8 ounce softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 pound carton of Cold Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sm. packages. instant butterscotch pudding
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min. Let cool.
  2. Mix together and put over baked mix.
  3. Beat at slow speed till thick. Pour over rest of recipe. Let all set. Add in other 1/2 of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts or possibly other topping.
