Receta Aunt Joan's Butterscotch Delight

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
- 8 ounce softened cream cheese
- 1/2 pound carton of Cold Whip
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 sm. packages. instant butterscotch pudding
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min. Let cool.
- Mix together and put over baked mix.
- Beat at slow speed till thick. Pour over rest of recipe. Let all set. Add in other 1/2 of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts or possibly other topping.
