Aunt Peggy's Party Chicken Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1 c. celery, minced
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can liquid removed, sliced water chestnuts
  • 3 hard-boiled large eggs, cut up
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/2 c. Corn Flakes crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients except butter, crumbs and almonds. Put into greased casserole. Heat butter and add in to Corn Flake crumbs and almonds. Spoon over casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35 min. Serves 6.
